Madhu Sweta has more than a decade of experience as a dispute resolution partner managing S&P's litigation practice for individual and corporate clients. She has successfully counseled clients and argued cases before various forums, committees and courts including the Supreme Court, High Courts and Appellate Tribunal of India. With an extensive legal background, Madhu specializes in disputes relating to contracts with government agencies, consulting agreements, construction projects, energy and power.
