Tarun is a practicing advocate and a non-practicing chartered accountant with approximately 29 years of experience in the legal field. Tarun specializes in commercial disputes, international construction arbitration and other consolidated litigation relating to infrastructure development contracts. He also advises and represents clients before the National Company Law Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal in IBC related proceedings, merger and acquisition proceedings, regulatory issues and proceedings (including stamp duty awards) and other company law matters.
